Hongkong Style Beef


This recipes is originaly from a mistake of my mom... so it just accidently happen.... Ha ha just kidding. My mom create it from what she had taste while she was little. Well, well!! Let's get start

What I need

1 pound of beef chunk
2 pieces of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
6 cloves of garlics
1 teaspoon of black soysauce
2 tablespoon of light soysauce
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
half of teaspoon salt
1 cup of chicken broth
1 big piece of ginger
1 teaspoon of corn flour

Method

Stir beef in the pan with hot vegetable oil. Then season it with salt, light soysauce, black soysauce, oyster sauce and galics. Don't have to wait till the meat is cook. You just need the color and the taste to absorb into meat.
Then pour chicken broth into it follow by ginger, cinnamon, paper and chinese flower. Boil it and stir occasion til the meat getting soft. Mix corn flour with water until it dissolve well. Then pour the mixture into our meat. !! you must stir it quicky while pouring mixture into the pot!! This mixture will help the soup in the pot have a thick texture.


That's all!! You will have "A Good Yummy Hongkong Style Beef" that can eat with rice or pour over the noodle.
