Pad See Ewd




Actually, I hardly cook this dish event I love to eat it so much. Maybe I always think that's it difficult to cook but the truth is "it's not difficult at all" It's contain simple ingredents and just a short time to prepare. ARE YOU READY? ok!! Let's do it now!!



What you need to make one order of Pad See Ewd

1 Egg
Chinese broccalies (depends on how you love it)
150 grams of slice pork
1 Teaspoon of sugar
1 Tablespoon of black soy sauce
Small amoung of corn flour
Small amoung of light soy sauce
Pepper
1 piece of dry noodle (I use small size of noodle)
2 cloves of galics

Time to start

We start with season our pork with corn flour (this will make pork get soft), pepper, a bit of black soy sauce as well as light soy sauce. Pour one teaspoon of water and mix everything together leave it for a while.

Put the dry noodle into tempeture water for 3 mins, let it soft.
Slice the vegetable...

First heating vegetable oil and galics til the galics turn to yellow. Then put the pork it stir for a while follow by vegetable. Before the vegetable done put the soft noodle into the pan. Season noodle with black and light soy sauce and sugar. Stir it till everything well done then leave noodle on the side of pan. The other side put the egg in and beat the egg in the pan leave the egg til done then mix noodle with the egg.

Then you are ready to serve it in the plate!!

You can also season it the way you like by put more pepper or chillies.

Hongkong Style Beef


This recipes is originaly from a mistake of my mom... so it just accidently happen.... Ha ha just kidding. My mom create it from what she had taste while she was little. Well, well!! Let's get start

What I need

1 pound of beef chunk
2 pieces of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
6 cloves of garlics
1 teaspoon of black soysauce
2 tablespoon of light soysauce
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
half of teaspoon salt
1 cup of chicken broth
1 big piece of ginger
1 teaspoon of corn flour

Method

Stir beef in the pan with hot vegetable oil. Then season it with salt, light soysauce, black soysauce, oyster sauce and galics. Don't have to wait till the meat is cook. You just need the color and the taste to absorb into meat.
Then pour chicken broth into it follow by ginger, cinnamon, paper and chinese flower. Boil it and stir occasion til the meat getting soft. Mix corn flour with water until it dissolve well. Then pour the mixture into our meat. !! you must stir it quicky while pouring mixture into the pot!! This mixture will help the soup in the pot have a thick texture.


That's all!! You will have "A Good Yummy Hongkong Style Beef" that can eat with rice or pour over the noodle.

Beef Cutsu


Last week I watch one of my favorite show which always give me a new idea of cooking. I think this recipes is a fusion of janpanese and western style together. I didn't cook exact in the way that I watch in the show due to I don't have all ingredents as well as no time to do it completely. Anyway, Let's roll it.

What I need!!
1 A cut of Beef

2 One egg
3 One plate of flour
4 Bread crust
5 Salt
6 Pepper
7 One table spoon of tomato paste
8 Instant gravy sauce

Getting Start

Prepare beef.... by using fork jab over a piece of beef then put salt and pepper on both side. (forgot to tell, i'm using prim rib for this menu)

Cover a cut of beef with flour two side...
Put Egg in a plate and beat it couple time...
Then bring a beef into egg...
Follow by cover it with bread crust...
Make sure that the oil is not enough then..
Bring a cut into hot oil.. fry til it's trun to gloden brown.
Hey!! don't be happy so soon it's not done yet. We still need to mix the sauce but don't worry it's easy.
You just need to mix the sauce follow by the instrution on the package...then put the tomato paste into the sauce while it still hot. Stire until it mix well. That's all you got the ready gravy to pour on the beef.

Vola!! it's ready to be serve.. Yummy Yummy
